Ginger rules. It’s spicy and sharp, big and flavorful, and basically all-around awesome. So we fussed over making sure we did it up right when we started making it into a lolly. We dressed it up with a touch of wasabi to give it a hint of burn - to drive the point of ginger home to your eager taste buds. And what is the point of ginger, you ask? We’re not sure. We’re confectioners, not therapists. But there is a point, and it’s a delicious one.
And by the way: the wasabi-ginger pops are our favorite.
