Shipping Information


Double check your shipping information...

If your shipping information is incorrect, we must receive the correct mailing address within 24 hours. If your information is not updated and we ship to an old address, we cannot resend to the correct one. Items returned to us will be destroyed - this is food and can’t simply be returned, for obvious reasons. We cannot refund your money once items are shipped.

Shipping costs and methods…

Orders less than 10lbs (which are most individual customers) are shipped via USPS. You will receive an order confirmation once you place your online order, then a shipping confirmation once your order ships. It takes about a week to process your order and then it's up to the post office to deliver, and for most orders delivery takes about 3-4 business days.

*NOTE: Once your order leaves our facility, it is up to USPS to deliver. Please do not hate on us because your order did not arrive on time, or at all. If you see on your tracking number (sent via email confirmation) that it has left our facility, please call USPS to track your package. We do everything we can to get your order shipped within one week from your purchase date - we can't control it's whereabouts once it's out the door. 

Wholesale orders (placed through us@lollyphile.com) are typically more than 10lbs and are sent via UPS. Specific information about wholesale orders can be obtained from the awesome sales rep handling your order. 

International shipping costs and methods…
Outside the U.S., shipping will be via USPS First Class Air Mail. The shipping charges vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we cannot offer tracking on international orders at this time.

Rush shipping…
If you need your order rushed for some reason, please contact us by emailing us@lollyphile.com so we can work it out. Since we ship all over the world, costs and shipping times will vary, but we will be happy to try and get you your lollipops on time. Additional charges do apply. 

Return and exchange policy…
Due to the nature of candy and the subjective qualities of taste, we cannot accept returned items unless they are damaged or defective. If it is damaged, please email us@lollyphile.com so we can authorize the return. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Order processing…
Most orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, pending payment verification. Expect international orders to take a bit longer to arrive. For more information please visit our FAQ page.
